We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Project Manager (Civil) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to take charge of civil construction projects from start to finish—keeping everything on track, within budget, and up to quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting clear project goals, scope, and timelines
- Planning schedules and organizing resources for smooth execution
- Overseeing day-to-day site activities and tracking progress
- Managing budgets and keeping project costs under control
- Identifying potential risks early and finding practical solutions
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Leading site engineers and supervisors to maintain productivity and quality
- Making sure all work meets required safety and quality standards
- Reviewing drawings, technical submissions, and work plans
- Conducting meetings and providing regular updates on project status
- Handling documentation, variations, and overall project reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer is essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience with tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar
- PMP certification is a plus, but not mandatory
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality
Extra Advantage
- Experience working on large-scale projects such as buildings or infrastructure
- Familiarity with contracts, project documentation, and site coordination
- Understanding of safety practices and quality standards
