Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Electrical to join a major Oil & Gas EPC project in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. If you’ve worked on EPC construction projects—especially with Aramco—and enjoy handling site execution and coordination, this could be a strong next step in your career.
This role is best suited for someone who is confident managing electrical works on-site, working closely with teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day electrical activities on EPC project sites
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
- Making sure installations meet project specs and Aramco standards
- Monitoring progress, timelines, and site performance
- Supporting testing, commissioning, and final handover of systems
- Reviewing drawings, materials, and technical submissions
- Solving on-site technical issues as they arise
- Ensuring safety practices are followed at all times
Your Project Exposure May Include
- Substations, transformers, and switchgear systems
- Cable laying, routing, and terminations
- Power distribution and lighting systems
- Earthing and lightning protection
- Electrical works in refineries and industrial Oil & Gas facilities
What We’re Looking For
- 10–15 years of experience in EPC projects (Oil & Gas preferred)
- Solid experience working on Aramco EPC construction projects (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and site execution
- Ability to manage work on-site and coordinate with multiple teams
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Added Advantage
- Familiarity with international standards like IEC or NEC
- Experience in testing and commissioning
- Ability to handle project documentation and reporting
