Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Residential Compound Supervisor to take care of the daily operations of a residential community. If you have experience in property management, facility management, or residential supervision, and you enjoy working in a role where no two days are the same, this could be a great fit for you.
In this role, you’ll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly — from coordinating teams to making sure residents feel comfortable, safe, and well taken care of.
About the Role
As the Residential Compound Supervisor, you’ll oversee the overall functioning of the property. You’ll work closely with maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams, making sure everything is in order and up to standard. You’ll also be one of the main points of contact for residents, so your communication skills and problem-solving approach will really matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential compound
- Making sure the property is clean, well-maintained, and secure at all times
- Coordinating with maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams
- Keeping an eye on facilities, utilities, and common areas to ensure everything works properly
- Responding to resident concerns and resolving issues in a professional and friendly way
- Carrying out regular inspections and reporting anything that needs attention
- Following up on maintenance work and ensuring quality service delivery
- Supporting residents during move-in and move-out processes
- Ensuring all rules, safety procedures, and community standards are followed
- Preparing simple reports and keeping management updated
- Working with vendors and service providers when needed
- Monitoring day-to-day operations and identifying areas for improvement
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in residential compounds, property management, or facility supervision
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle different situations calmly
- Someone who can manage teams, stay organized, and take responsibility
- A practical problem-solver who can handle day-to-day challenges confidently
