Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and well-connected Business Development Manager who knows how to turn opportunities into real business. If you have strong industry relationships, understand the telecom space, and enjoy closing deals, this role is built for you.
You’ll be helping us grow in telecom services, infrastructure, and civil works projects, while building lasting partnerships and bringing in new business.

We’re looking for someone who already has a strong network within Saudi Arabia’s telecom industry and can use those relationships to open doors, secure projects, and drive revenue.
From early-stage discussions to final project delivery, you’ll be involved across the full journey — spotting opportunities, pitching solutions, negotiating deals, and closing contracts.
If you also have contacts outside telecom, that’s a big plus. It means you can help us expand into new markets and grow even faster.
This role is perfect if you prefer flexibility and can work independently on a part-time or contract basis, while still delivering strong results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Finding and developing new business opportunities in telecom and civil works
- Using your network to connect with clients, contractors, and decision-makers
- Building solid, long-term relationships that lead to repeat business
- Presenting our services in a way that makes clients say “yes”
- Preparing proposals, tenders, and commercial offers
- Negotiating terms and successfully closing deals
- Keeping track of leads, opportunities, and results
- Exploring new sectors, partnerships, and growth areas
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (telecom or civil works preferred)
- A strong network within Saudi Arabia (telecom operators, vendors, contractors)
- Confidence in handling client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Good understanding of telecom projects like fibber (FTTH/FT TX), towers, and infrastructure
- Ability to work independently and stay focused on results
- A practical, business-minded approach with a drive to increase revenue
