Full-Time Experienced Planning Manager Required for EPC Oil and Gas Projects
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to join its project team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on large-scale projects and has a strong grip on project planning, scheduling, and execution within EPC environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Planning Manager, you’ll be at the centre of project execution—making sure everything stays on track, on time, and aligned with project goals.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Creating and managing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Breaking down projects into clear phases with structured WBS and milestones
- Tracking progress, identifying delays, and keeping timelines realistic and achievable
- Preparing progress reports, dashboards, and performance updates for management
- Working closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Analysing risks, delays, and proposing practical recovery plans
- Reviewing contractor schedules and ensuring proper resource planning
- Supporting project leadership with accurate data and planning insights
- Ensuring all planning activities align with budget, quality, and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 10+ years of experience in oil & gas or EPC construction projects
- A degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or similar field
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, scheduling, and construction workflows
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Good communication skills and confidence in working with cross-functional teams
