We are currently looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join its growing team. If you have a strong background in handling large-scale projects and leading engineering teams, this could be the right next step in your career.
About the Role:
In this position, you will take the lead on all engineering aspects of major oil & gas projects. From design coordination to execution, you’ll be working closely with different teams to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading engineering teams across Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines
- Reviewing and approving technical drawings, designs, and project documents
- Making sure all work meets industry standards and safety requirements
- Coordinating with project managers, procurement teams, and site staff
- Keeping track of project timelines, budgets, and overall progress
- Solving technical challenges and ensuring projects stay on track
- Supporting planning, scheduling, and cost estimation activities
- Working with vendors and reviewing technical submissions
- Promoting a strong safety culture and maintaining quality standards
- Guiding and mentoring junior engineers
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 10 years of experience in oil & gas or construction projects
- A degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in a senior or managerial engineering role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of engineering design and project execution
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
