Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Professional to join our team in Jubail, Eastern Province. If you have hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas sector and enjoy building strong client relationships while driving business growth, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our business—connecting with key industry players, identifying new opportunities, and contributing directly to our success in one of Saudi Arabia’s most active industrial regions.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that help grow our presence in the Eastern Province. Your day-to-day will involve identifying new leads, meeting with clients, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

You’ll work closely with contractors, consultants, developers, and industrial clients, staying informed about upcoming Oil & Gas and infrastructure projects in Jubail. From preparing proposals to closing deals, you’ll manage the full sales cycle while ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.

You’ll also keep track of market trends, competitor activity, and project developments—helping the team stay ahead and make informed decisions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both experience and energy to the role. You should have a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, along with 3–7+ years of experience in Oil & Gas sales and marketing or a similar industrial environment.

A strong understanding of the Jubail and Eastern Province market is essential, along with the ability to communicate confidently, negotiate effectively, and build lasting relationships. Experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management will set you apart.

You should be comfortable using tools like MS Office and CRM systems, and be ready to travel within the region when needed. A valid Saudi driving license is required.
