Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Fire Fighting Systems sales and a strong understanding of the local market.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our business, connecting with clients, identifying new opportunities, and helping us expand our presence across Riyadh’s construction and industrial sectors.

What You’ll Do

  • Visit clients, contractors, consultants, companies, and project sites across Riyadh.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively grow our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and industry partners.
  • Promote our products and services with confidence and professionalism.
  • Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer requirements to ensure excellent service.
  • Conduct daily calls, emails, and meetings to generate leads and maintain customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely deliveries.
  • Follow up on collections and maintain healthy customer accounts.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth and success.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of field sales experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Systems, MEP products, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Riyadh.
  • Good knowledge of the Riyadh market and construction industry.
  • Existing relationships with contractors, consultants, or project stakeholders will be an added advantage.
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who enjoys working independently and delivering results.
