Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, coordinating day-to-day activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organizational and communication skills, this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and support daily sales activities and operations
- Prepare quotations, reports, presentations, and sales documentation
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Follow up on orders and ensure timely processing and delivery
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
- Schedule meetings and assist with administrative tasks
- Monitor sales activities and provide regular updates and reports
- Support the sales team in achieving business goals and delivering excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role
- Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Oracle ERP will be considered a strong advantage
- A professional, energetic, and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred
