Job Description

We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Riyadh. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build a successful career in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

As a Sales Executive, you will play an important role in expanding our customer base, strengthening relationships with clients, and contributing to the company’s continued growth. You’ll work closely with management and operations teams to deliver exceptional service and create long-term value for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and follow-up activities.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions and services.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documentation.
  • Follow up on proposals and assist with negotiations to close deals successfully.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business opportunities.
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and building relationships with clients.
  • A self-motivated, positive, and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience in environmental services, facilities management, or service-based industries will be an added advantage.
