We are currently looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality engineering solutions and contributing to large-scale Industrial EPC and construction projects.
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a vital role in leading engineering activities from project planning and design through to construction and completion. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within schedule and budget.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and oversee civil engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project planning, design reviews, and construction execution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
- Review engineering calculations, drawings, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges during construction.
- Identify potential risks and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all work complies with engineering standards, project specifications, and health and safety requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and engineering documentation.
- Stay informed about the latest engineering technologies and industry best practices to improve project performance and quality.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and proactive professional who has:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 8 years of experience in Civil Engineering.
- Previous experience in Industrial EPC Projects (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering design, construction methods, and project management principles.
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid driving license.
- A transferable Iqama.
- Current residence in Saudi Arabia.
- Availability for immediate joining.
