Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and Aramco Approved Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team for a long-term project in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with proven experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery, industrial, and large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all scaffolding activities, including erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling.
- Ensure all scaffolding work is carried out in accordance with Aramco standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct safety briefings and maintain compliance with HSE regulations and permit-to-work systems.
- Inspect scaffolding materials and ensure proper documentation and tagging procedures are followed.
- Lead and manage scaffolding crews to achieve project targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Valid Aramco approval as a Scaffolding Supervisor.
- Relevant experience in oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, industrial, or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of scaffolding standards, safety regulations, and supervisory responsibilities.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding project environment.
