What You’ll Be Doing
As our Creative Content Manager, you’ll take ownership of the entire content journey—from brainstorming ideas to publishing content that delivers results.
Create Content That Connects
- Develop creative content strategies tailored to different brands and industries.
- Understand each client’s goals, audience, and personality to create content that feels authentic and engaging.
- Turn ideas into compelling stories that help brands grow and stand out online.
Lead Social Media Content Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Create engaging videos, reels, brand stories, product showcases, interviews, and campaign content.
- Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining each brand’s unique voice.
Be Hands-On With Production
- Take the lead during shoots, handling cameras, lighting, audio, and framing.
- Produce visually appealing content that meets professional standards and captures attention.
- Edit photos and videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and other creative software.
Manage Campaigns From Start to Finish
- Build and manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Oversee projects from concept development through final delivery.
- Monitor performance and continuously improve content based on audience engagement and results.
- Ensure all content remains consistent with each client’s brand identity.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is creative, adaptable, and passionate about digital storytelling.
You should have:
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, videography, photography, and digital marketing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing work across different industries and brands.
- Excellent understanding of current social media trends, content strategies, and audience engagement techniques.
- Confidence managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of the Bahrain market and an understanding of local trends and consumer behaviour.
