Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Mobile, Tablet and Laptop Repair Technician to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops. We are seeking someone who has strong technical knowledge, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering high-quality repair services.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in mobile phones, tablets, and laptops.
• Repair or replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, keyboards, RAM, SSDs, and motherboards.
• Install and configure operating systems, software applications, drivers, and security updates.
• Perform device formatting, software upgrades, data backup, and recovery services when required.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure all repaired devices are functioning correctly before delivery.
• Maintain accurate repair records and manage spare parts and repair tools efficiently.
• Provide reliable technical support while ensuring excellent service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company procedures and maintain a safe, organized, and professional working environment.
What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience in mobile phone repair, laptop repair, tablet servicing, or electronics maintenance.
• Strong understanding of hardware diagnostics, software troubleshooting, and component-level repairs.
• Experience working with major brands such as Apple, Samsung, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, and other leading manufacturers will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple repair tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Technical certification or training in Mobile Repair, Laptop Repair, Electronics, IT Hardware, or Computer Maintenance is preferred.
