As a Data Entry Operator, you will play an important role in ensuring company information is entered, updated, and managed efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, strong computer skills, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in company systems and databases
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records
- Verify information and correct any errors or discrepancies
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required
- Handle routine administrative and office support tasks
- Coordinate with team members to collect and update information
- Ensure all records are maintained accurately and confidentially
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines
Requirements
- Indian candidates preferred
- Good computer and typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in data entry or office administration will be an advantage
- Basic graphic design knowledge will be considered an added benefit
