Job Description
We are looking for experienced Electricians to join its building maintenance team. If you have hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and enjoy solving technical issues independently, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career with a reputable organization in the UAE.
As an Electrician, you will play an important role in maintaining the safety and functionality of residential and commercial properties by ensuring all electrical systems are operating efficiently.
Your Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work in residential and commercial buildings.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Inspect and maintain wiring, lighting systems, switches, circuit breakers, and electrical panels.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency electrical breakdowns when required.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Keep maintenance records updated and report any major issues to supervisors.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure properties remain safe and operational.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Gulf experience as an Electrician.
- Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or real estate maintenance is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Candidates must currently be available in the UAE and ready to attend interviews.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related trade.
- Experience working in residential towers, commercial buildings, or mixed-use developments will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of electrical safety standards and maintenance procedures.
