Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager (Electrical Field) to join our team on a rental basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe working environment across project sites. You will lead safety initiatives, ensure compliance with HSE standards, conduct risk assessments, and work closely with project teams to promote a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
Conduct site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with project safety standards and statutory requirements.
Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training programs.
Investigate incidents and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and safety records.
Foster a proactive safety culture and encourage safe work practices across all project activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of electrical and construction safety practices.
- Experience in power, electrical, or industrial projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
