We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Representative – Mercedes-Benz & BMW Spare Parts to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated and results-oriented professional who understands the automotive spare parts industry and has a proven track record in sales and business development.
About the Role
As our Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling genuine, OEM, and aftermarket spare parts for Mercedes-Benz and BMW vehicles. You will work closely with customers, workshops, distributors, dealerships, and fleet operators, helping them find the right parts while delivering exceptional service and support.
You will also play an important role in expanding our customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and staying ahead of market trends within the automotive spare parts sector.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales.
- In-depth knowledge of Mercedes-Benz and BMW spare parts, including genuine and aftermarket components.
- Strong understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify and source spare parts accurately using Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC), VIN numbers, and part numbers.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Transferable Iqama is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Mercedes-Benz and BMW spare parts to existing and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, dealerships, distributors, and fleet customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Prepare quotations, respond to inquiries, and follow up with customers promptly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements to remain competitive.
- Provide technical guidance and recommend suitable spare parts solutions based on customer requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
