We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Logistics Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, developing long-term client relationships, and delivering logistics solutions that help businesses move their goods efficiently and reliably.

What You’ll Do

Drive Business Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and supply chain sector.
  • Connect with potential customers and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

Build Strong Customer Relationships

  • Understand each customer’s logistics requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing excellent customer support and prompt responses to inquiries.

Prepare Proposals and Close Deals

  • Create and present quotations, proposals, and service agreements that meet customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms professionally and effectively.
  • Follow up on proposals and work closely with clients to secure new business opportunities.

Coordinate with Internal Teams

  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor shipments and proactively address customer concerns or issues.
  • Ensure customers receive timely updates and exceptional service throughout the shipping process.

Stay Ahead of Market Trends

  • Conduct market research and keep up with industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions to expand business connections and generate new opportunities.
  • Continuously identify ways to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.

Maintain Accurate Records

  • Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports and monitor performance against targets.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, proposals, and business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in logistics sales, freight forwarding, transportation, shipping, or B2B sales is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to achieve results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
