Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Head to lead our Bolting and Torquing Department in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

About the Role

As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading the department’s sales strategy, expanding our customer base, and identifying new business opportunities across various industries. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to provide effective bolting and torquing solutions while ensuring excellent customer service and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the industrial sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Manage key customer accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead business development activities and represent the company in meetings and presentations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in industrial sales, bolting and torquing services, mechanical equipment sales, engineering solutions, or oil and gas services.
  • Strong background in business development, sales management, and key account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience in the Saudi Arabian or GCC industrial market will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
