About the Role
In this position, you won’t be limited to just sales or just purchasing—you’ll handle both. From meeting clients and growing business to working with suppliers and managing product flow, your role will be key in keeping operations smooth and profitable. Your ability to balance sales targets with smart procurement decisions will make a real difference to the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in FMCG sales and purchasing
- Good understanding of products, suppliers, and current market trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in handling both client relationships and supplier coordination
- Familiarity with the Saudi or GCC market is a big plus
- Basic knowledge of Excel, reporting, and inventory systems
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Side
- Connect with new and existing customers to grow the business
- Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work towards achieving sales targets and expanding market reach
- Stay updated on competitor activity and customer preferences
Purchasing Side
- Source FMCG products from reliable suppliers
- Negotiate prices and terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Ensure product quality and timely deliveries
Inventory & Coordination
- Keep track of stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth operations
- Make sure products are always available when needed
Reporting
- Maintain clear records of sales, purchases, and inventory
- Share regular updates on performance and market insights
