About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily activities on the construction site and ensuring work progresses as planned
- Working closely with contractors, consultants, and project teams to keep everything aligned
- Making sure all work follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Keeping track of project timelines, progress, and costs
- Preparing regular site reports and updates
- Troubleshooting issues on-site and finding practical solutions quickly
- Maintaining quality standards throughout all phases of construction
- Ensuring safety practices are followed at all times
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- At least [X] years of experience in site-based project management or construction roles
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and workflows
- Experience working on projects in the Gulf region is a plus
- Confidence in handling site teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
