Full-Time Operation Coordinator Required – Freight Forwarding Company Saudi Arabia
Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and dependable Operation Coordinator to join our growing logistics team. If you already have hands-on experience in air freight forwarding and enjoy keeping things organized and running smoothly, this role could be a great next step for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this position, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations—making sure shipments move efficiently from start to finish. You’ll coordinate closely with airlines, clients, and internal teams to ensure everything is handled on time and without issues. From documentation to tracking, your role will be key in delivering reliable logistics and supply chain services.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage air freight shipments from booking through to delivery
- Prepare and check important documents like AWB, invoices, and packing lists
- Stay in touch with airlines, agents, and clients for smooth coordination
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers
- Support customs clearance processes and ensure compliance
- Handle any operational challenges quickly and effectively
- Keep records updated in internal systems and reports
- Help improve efficiency in daily logistics operations
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in air freight forwarding or logistics operations (this is essential)
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- A Master’s degree in any relevant field
- Good understanding of shipping procedures, documentation, and Incoterms
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
