We’re currently searching for an experienced Workshop Controller & Chief Diagnostic Technician to take the lead in our Bahrain workshop. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys getting hands-on with complex vehicle issues while also guiding a team to deliver top-quality results every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for all technical matters in the workshop. You’ll not only diagnose and solve challenging vehicle issues but also make sure the entire operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all areas of the workshop — mechanical, electrical, AC, body repairs, and detailing
- Diagnosing complex faults using advanced diagnostic tools and real-world experience
- Managing workflow, assigning jobs, and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
- Leading and supporting a diverse team of technicians to perform at their best
- Making sure every vehicle is fixed right the first time — no comebacks
- Preparing clear repair estimates and technical reports
- Carrying out road tests and final checks before handing vehicles back to customers
- Keeping workshop standards high in terms of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
You’ll be working on a wide mix of vehicles, including luxury cars, SUVs, and commercial vehicles like trucks and buses across multiple international brands.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with natural leadership ability:
- Currently based in Bahrain with a transferable visa and ready to join immediately
- Around 5–8 years of solid experience in automotive diagnostics and workshop operations
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning systems
- Confident using modern diagnostic tools and troubleshooting complex issues
- Experience working on both passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles
- Comfortable leading a team and making quick, effective decisions
- A valid Bahraini driving license (required for test drives)
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with dealer-level diagnostic systems
- Knowledge of hybrid or electric vehicles
- Familiarity with workshop software or ERP systems
- Experience handling accident repairs or insurance-related jobs
- Previous experience in GCC workshops
