We’re on the lookout for an experienced Procurement Executive who knows how to get things done efficiently when it comes to spare parts and materials sourcing. In this position, you’ll be handling the complete procurement process—from finding the right vendors to ensuring materials are delivered smoothly. Your work will play an important role in keeping operations running without delays.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking care of day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities
- Sourcing reliable suppliers and building strong working relationships
- Requesting quotations, comparing prices, and negotiating the best deals
- Creating and managing purchase orders as per company requirements
- Following up on orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinating with internal teams to maintain proper inventory levels
- Keeping records of purchases and supplier details organized
- Looking for ways to reduce costs and improve purchasing efficiency
- Staying updated on market trends and pricing changes
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
- Hands-on experience with spare parts and materials procurement
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with vendor management and sourcing processes
- Comfortable using MS Office and procurement or ERP systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset
Extra Advantage If You Have:
- Experience in industrial or technical spare parts procurement
- Knowledge of local and international supplier markets
- Understanding of cost analysis and budgeting
