Job Description
We’re looking for a committed and experienced Operation Executive to join our growing logistics team. If you already have hands-on experience in air freight forwarding and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, this could be a great next step in your career.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll take care of the daily flow of air cargo operations, making sure shipments move smoothly from start to finish. You’ll stay in touch with airlines, agents, and clients, handle documentation, and keep everything on track so deliveries happen on time without issues.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage air freight shipments (both import and export)
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, and customers
- Prepare and check shipping documents like AWB, invoices, and packing lists
- Track shipments and keep clients updated regularly
- Handle any delays or operational issues and find quick solutions
- Ensure all processes follow customs and logistics regulations
- Maintain proper records and update systems accurately
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in air freight forwarding or logistics operations
- Good understanding of cargo handling and shipment documentation
- A Master’s degree is required
- Comfortable using MS Office and logistics systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Someone who can stay organized and work well under pressure
