Full-Time Looking for Estimation and Tendering Engineer | Dammam Opportunities
Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced and detail-focused Estimation & Tendering Engineer to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. If you have a strong background in cost estimation, tender preparation, and bid management, and hands-on experience in RO & BWRO projects, this could be a great opportunity to take your career to the next level.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on complex engineering projects, analysing costs, and preparing winning proposals in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be involved in the full tendering process—from reviewing project requirements to submitting competitive bids. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Preparing clear and accurate technical and commercial proposals
- Reviewing drawings, BOQs, and project specifications in detail
- Calculating project costs, quantities, and pricing strategies
- Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to get the best quotes
- Working closely with internal engineering and procurement teams
- Comparing costs and suggesting value engineering options
- Keeping track of submitted tenders and following up until final decisions
- Making sure all submissions meet client requirements and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is not only technically strong but also organized and reliable under pressure:
- Solid experience in estimation and tendering
- Good understanding of costing, pricing, and tender analysis
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
- Comfortable using MS Excel, MS Office, and estimation tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Background
- Hands-on experience in RO (Reverse Osmosis) & BWRO projects is essential
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is a big advantage
- Familiarity with local suppliers and market pricing in KSA
- Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia will be given priority
