Full-Time Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer Vacancy in Saudi Arabia
Job Description
We’re expanding our team in Saudi Arabia and looking for someone who brings both technical strength and practical experience in delivering infrastructure projects. From roads and utilities to large-scale developments, your work will directly contribute to building reliable and sustainable infrastructure.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from the early planning stages right through to completion. You’ll be involved in design, coordination, execution, and problem-solving—making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. It’s a hands-on position where your decisions will matter, and your expertise will be valued.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the planning and execution of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, and utilities
- Reviewing drawings, preparing BOQs, and developing accurate cost estimates
- Overseeing site activities and ensuring work is carried out according to plan
- Keeping projects on track by monitoring timelines, budgets, and performance
- Solving technical challenges as they arise and keeping operations running efficiently
- Supporting system maintenance and ensuring infrastructure systems perform reliably
- Working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to keep everyone aligned
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Making sure all work complies with Saudi regulations and environmental guidelines
- Preparing reports and keeping stakeholders updated on progress
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in civil infrastructure and construction project delivery
- Confidence in handling technical challenges and finding practical solutions
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Primavera, and MS Project
- Good understanding of project planning, cost estimation, and execution
- Knowledge of safety standards, QA/QC processes, and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects will be a strong advantage
- A mindset focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Experience Required
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects
- Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia is essential
