Job Description
We are a growing facility management and contracting company based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, expanding our Catering Division, and we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
As part of our sales team, you’ll play a key role in bringing in new business and building lasting relationships with clients across corporate, industrial, and hospitality sectors. This is a hands-on role where your ideas, energy, and ability to deliver results will truly make a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Actively explore new business opportunities in catering and hospitality services
- Connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer the right solutions
- Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate customers
- Prepare proposals, present services confidently, and close deals
- Work towards achieving and exceeding your sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Keep track of market trends and stay ahead of competitors
- Represent the company in meetings, client visits, and industry events
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in catering or hospitality
- Comfortable communicating in both Arabic and English
- Strong people skills with the ability to build trust and relationships
- Confidence in negotiations and closing deals
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Indian nationality preferred
