We’re currently on the lookout for a reliable and organized Accountant Cum Administrator to join our Industrial Support Services team in Khobar. This role is a mix of finance and office coordination, so you’ll be involved in keeping the numbers in order while also making sure the day-to-day office work runs smoothly. Our division handles equipment, transportation, manpower, and materials, so your work will connect with different parts of the business.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll take care of routine accounting tasks like maintaining records, preparing invoices, and tracking payments. At the same time, you’ll support general office administration—handling documents, coordinating with teams, and keeping things organized behind the scenes. You may also assist with basic HR tasks, procurement paperwork, and internal coordination when needed.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in accounting or office administration. You should be comfortable working with numbers, familiar with MS Excel, and able to stay organized even when handling multiple tasks. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently will really help you succeed in this role.
