Job Description
We’re urgently looking for a Safety Officer to join our team in Riyadh. This role is best suited for someone who already has solid experience working in facility management and understands the day-to-day safety challenges in that environment.
In this position, you’ll be responsible for making sure all safety standards are followed across the site. From routine inspections to handling risk assessments and safety documentation, your role will be key in keeping the workplace safe and compliant at all times.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing and enforcing health & safety (HSE) policies across the facility
- Carrying out regular site inspections and risk assessments
- Identifying potential hazards and ensuring quick corrective action
- Monitoring contractor work to ensure safety compliance
- Maintaining proper incident reports and safety records
- Conducting toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions
- Ensuring proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Supporting emergency procedures such as fire drills and evacuations
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have experience in Facility Management (this is mandatory)
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia
- Ready for immediate transfer (Iqama should be transferable)
- Good understanding of HSE standards and safety practices
- Safety certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA will be an advantage
- Strong communication and reporting skills
