Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-focused Accounts Assistant to join our team. If you have a good understanding of accounting basics, enjoy working with numbers and documents, and like keeping things organized and accurate, this could be the right role for you.
About the Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day accounting and operational activities of the company. Your work will include handling sales and purchase records, assisting with invoicing, managing documentation, and supporting accounts payable and receivable. Accuracy, attention to detail, and clear communication will be key in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collect, check, and enter data for sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and financial records
- Verify supplier invoices and shipment-related documents
- Maintain proper filing, record keeping, and document archiving
- Support shipment scheduling, transportation allocation, and delivery coordination
- Prepare customer invoices and collection documents
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in line with company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- A good accounting background with strong computer skills
- Comfortable using MS Office and modern operating systems
- Experience with ERP systems and automated accounting or warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Clear written and spoken English communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Minimum Requirements
- University or College graduate (or equivalent)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in an accounts role
- A reliable, committed, and responsible team player.
