Job Description
We’re looking for a practical and customer-focused Accounts Manager to join our team in Riyadh (Dhahrat Laban). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and being actively involved in the day-to-day side of the business.

About the Role
As an Accounts Manager, you’ll take care of important customer accounts across retail, online, and food service channels. You’ll be the main point of contact for buyers while working closely with operations, logistics, and production to make sure everything runs smoothly—from orders to deliveries.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who likes staying close to customers and operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage assigned key accounts across retail, online, and food service
- Act as the main contact for buyers and account partners
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and production teams
- Make sure orders, listings, promotions, and deliveries are handled correctly
- Monitor sales performance, volumes, and customer needs
- Handle day-to-day account matters such as returns, claims, and follow-ups
- Spot opportunities to grow sales and improve account performance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales or key account management (FMCG or food industry experience is a plus)
- Comfortable dealing with supermarkets or B2B customers
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow through on commitments
- Strong communication skills with a professional attitude
- Based in Riyadh or willing to commute to Dhahrat Laban
- Working days and hours will be discussed during the interview
- Valid and transferable iqama
- Ready to join immediately
