We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team in Bahrain. If you’re someone who enjoys working with numbers, keeping things organized, and ensuring payments are handled smoothly, this role could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling supplier invoices from start to finish, making sure everything is accurate and processed on time
- Checking invoices against purchase orders and resolving any mismatches
- Ensuring vendors are paid promptly while maintaining positive working relationships
- Reconciling vendor statements and sorting out any discrepancies
- Keeping all accounts payable records well-organized and up to date
- Supporting month-end closing tasks, including preparing reports and summaries
- Working closely with internal teams like procurement and operations for smooth coordination
- Assisting during audits by preparing and sharing required documents
- Monitoring payment schedules and helping manage cash flow related to payables
- Following company policies and accounting standards in all processes
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or Finance roles
- Good understanding of accounting basics, invoice processing, and reconciliations
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for reports and data handling
- Audit exposure is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Good communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
- Currently based in Bahrain and available to join soon
