We are currently seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day operations of our offices in Jeddah and Riyadh.

About the Role

As an Admin Assistant, you will be an important part of our organization, helping departments stay organized, efficient, and productive. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing administrative support to different departments
  • Managing and organizing company files, records, and documentation
  • Preparing reports, letters, and business correspondence
  • Handling emails, phone calls, and day-to-day office communications
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars
  • Assisting with employee documentation and onboarding activities

  • Assisting with office supplies, documentation, and general administrative duties

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Previous administrative or office experience is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
