We are looking for a dedicated and driven Construction Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia and play a key role in delivering large-scale industrial construction and shutdown projects.

Experience Required
Minimum 12 years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery, or industrial construction projects.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering.
About the Role
As a Construction Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction activities related to industrial shutdowns, decontamination, dismantling, and demolition projects. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate construction activities for petrochemical and industrial projects.
- Manage decontamination activities, including flushing, cleaning, isolation, and gas-free certification before demolition work begins.
- Supervise the safe dismantling of equipment, piping systems, steel structures, and process units.
- Prepare and implement work procedures, method statements, demolition plans, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate Permit to Work (PTW), SIMOPS activities, and shutdown schedules with all project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and contractor performance to ensure work is completed on time and to the required standards.
- Conduct site inspections and address technical challenges with practical solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with client requirements, industry regulations, and international health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and construction documentation.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, operations, maintenance, and project management teams to achieve project objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 12 years of proven experience in industrial construction, shutdown, or turnaround projects.
- Hands-on experience in petrochemical facilities, refinery environments, or major industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of decontamination, dismantling, demolition, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge of HSE practices, risk management, and safe work procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and technically demanding environments.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
