Full-Time Immediate Opening for QC Supervisor – Mechanical | Saudi Arabia Construction and Oil and Gas Projects
Job Description
We are looking for a talented and dedicated QC Supervisor – Mechanical to join our team in Saudi Arabia and contribute to the successful delivery of major oil & gas and industrial construction projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical quality control activities, ensuring that all inspections, testing procedures, and documentation are completed in compliance with project specifications, international standards, and Saudi Aramco requirements. Educational Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Valid Saudi Aramco Approval Certificate is mandatory.
- CBT certification and additional quality-related certifications will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all mechanical quality control activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved standards and procedures.
- Perform inspections for piping systems, welding activities, static equipment, rotating equipment, and mechanical installations.
- Review and maintain project quality documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and hydrotest packages.
- Verify that materials and installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Coordinate closely with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to address quality-related issues and maintain project progress.
- Monitor inspection schedules and support the timely completion of project milestones.
- Prepare inspection reports, maintain quality records, and support project audits and final handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards, ASME codes, API standards, and industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in mechanical quality control within oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial construction projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in piping inspection, welding inspection, static equipment inspection, and rotating equipment inspection.
- Excellent understanding of quality assurance procedures, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications.
- Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven project environment.
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
