About the Role
As an HR or Admin Assistant, you will support the HR Manager and administrative team in handling employee-related activities, recruitment coordination, office operations, labour office support, and daily administration tasks.
The role requires someone who can manage multiple responsibilities professionally while maintaining good communication with employees, management, and external departments.
Candidates with previous factory or industrial experience handling 200–250 employees are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily HR and administration activities
- Support the HR Manager with labour office-related tasks
- Assist in recruitment and employee onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements and office logistics
- Support vehicle management and transportation coordination
- Prepare reports, documents, and office correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and administrative records
- Assist employees with HR and administrative support
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in factory or industrial environments
- Experience handling 200–250 employees
- Good knowledge of HR and administration processes
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
- Arabic language skills will be an added advantage
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred
- Transferable Iqama required
- Age below 40 years
