About the Role:
As an Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing architectural works on-site and ensuring that all activities are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. You will work closely with engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and project management teams to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, technically strong, and capable of handling site challenges with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise architectural works and monitor daily site activities
- Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents before execution
- Conduct site inspections and resolve architectural and technical issues
- Monitor project progress and support timely project completion
- Maintain quality standards and ensure proper workmanship on-site
- Assist with project reporting, documentation, and quantity verification
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
- Participate in snagging, handover, and project close-out processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
- 10–13 years of experience in construction and contracting industry
- Strong experience in architectural site supervision and project execution
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related architectural software
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- GCC experience is preferred
