This role is best suited for someone who has hands-on experience in supervising guards, monitoring security systems, handling incidents professionally, and ensuring workplace safety standards are consistently followed.
About the Role
As a Safety & Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for making sure the premises remain secure, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. You’ll oversee daily security operations, guide the security team, and act quickly and calmly in case of emergencies.
Your work will play an important role in protecting employees, visitors, and company property.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising and coordinating security staff on a daily basis
- Monitoring CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems
- Conducting regular patrols and safety inspections
- Ensuring all safety and security procedures are properly followed
- Identifying potential risks and taking preventive action
- Handling incidents, investigations, and preparing clear reports
- Coordinating emergency responses such as evacuations or fire drills
- Maintaining accurate logs and documentation
- Providing guidance and basic safety training to team members
- Communicating effectively with management regarding security updates
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in safety and security supervision
- Strong understanding of security procedures and workplace safety standards
- Experience with CCTV monitoring and access control systems
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions during emergencies
- Clear communication and reporting skills
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts if required
