We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development professional to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone who understands the local market, enjoys building relationships with clients, and has experience developing business within manpower supply and contracting services.

In this position, you will focus on expanding the company’s client base by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with organizations across industries such as construction, telecom, facility management, industrial projects, and oil & gas support services.

About the Role

As part of the Business Development team, your main responsibility will be to help the company grow by bringing in new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.

You will regularly meet with HR managers, procurement teams, and project managers to understand their workforce needs and present suitable manpower supply solutions. Building trust with clients and understanding their operational requirements will be key to succeeding in this role.

The position also involves working closely with internal teams such as HR and operations to ensure manpower mobilization runs smoothly once contracts are secured.

This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities within manpower supply and contracting services
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and site visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, procurement, and operations teams
  • Meet potential clients to understand their project and manpower requirements
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and service quotations
  • Negotiate contract terms and service agreements
  • Achieve monthly and yearly business development targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
  • Coordinate with HR and operations teams for manpower deployment
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly sales reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within Saudi Arabia
  • Previous experience in manpower supply, outsourcing, or contracting services
  • Strong client network and industry connections in the KSA market
  • Experience preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
  • Arabic and English language skills are preferred
  • Valid Saudi driving license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience working with large companies and vendor registration systems
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and manpower mobilization processes
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
