We’re currently looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor who has worked on Aramco projects and understands the standards, pace, and expectations of high-quality civil construction work.

About the Role
As a Civil Site Supervisor, you’ll be the person ensuring that all site activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to plan. You’ll work closely with engineers, contractors, and workers to keep everything aligned with project requirements and Aramco standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day civil works on-site, including excavation, concreting, formwork, and finishing
- Make sure all work is done as per approved drawings and project specifications
- Manage site teams, materials, and equipment to keep work progressing smoothly
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and QA/QC teams
- Track progress, productivity, and timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Follow and enforce site safety rules and HSE regulations at all times
- Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks
- Maintain quality standards and ensure proper workmanship
- Prepare daily reports and site updates
- Quickly handle and resolve any on-site challenges or issues
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience working as a Civil Site Supervisor
- Must have hands-on experience in Aramco projects
- Strong understanding of civil construction methods and site execution
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documents
- Good leadership skills and the ability to manage teams confidently
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment
