Job Description
We’re on the lookout for energetic and experienced Outdoor Sales Executives to join our growing team in Bahrain. If you enjoy meeting people, exploring new business opportunities, and working in the construction field, this could be the perfect role for you.
Our company specializes in tensile shade structures, and we’re looking for someone who can confidently represent our products, understand client needs, and turn opportunities into successful projects.
About the Role:
This is not a desk job — you’ll be out in the field, meeting clients, visiting sites, and building strong relationships. Your role will be key in helping the company grow by bringing in new business and ensuring clients receive the right solutions for their projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Meeting potential clients such as contractors, consultants, and property developers
- Visiting project sites to understand requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Promoting our range of tensile shade structures and related services
- Preparing quotations and following up with clients
- Working closely with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution
- Building long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
- Keeping track of market trends and identifying new opportunities
- Achieving your sales targets and contributing to team success
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in outdoor sales, ideally in construction or a related field
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in dealing with clients face-to-face
- A valid Bahrain driving license (mandatory)
- Transferable visa (mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, etc.)
- Knowing Arabic is a plus, but not required
