Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the Building Materials and Construction industry. We are searching for someone who understands the Saudi market, enjoys building client relationships, and has the confidence to manage sales activities independently.
This role is ideal for candidates who have experience dealing with contractors, consultants, procurement teams, construction companies, and building material suppliers. Applicants with previous experience in gypsum fit-out products, interior finishing materials, and project-based sales will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, consultants, procurement departments, and suppliers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base within the Saudi construction market
• Promote and sell gypsum fit-out products, ceiling systems, partition systems, and other building materials
• Visit construction sites and client offices to introduce products and generate business opportunities
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up with customers until deal completion
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries
• Handle payment follow-ups and maintain healthy client relationships
• Stay updated with market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Building Materials or Construction industry within Saudi Arabia or GCC
• Good understanding of project sales and building material trading companies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Saudi driving license will be an advantage
• Arabic language skills will be considered an added benefit
Age Requirement:
25 to 40 Years
