Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our team for ongoing steel structure installation projects across Saudi Arabia.
This role is best suited for professionals who have strong experience in structural steel erection, industrial construction projects, cladding systems, and site execution. The selected candidate will play an important role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

Main Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee steel structure installation projects from start to finish
• Supervise structural steel erection and cladding installation activities
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and project teams
• Ensure all works are completed according to project drawings and specifications
• Monitor project schedules, site progress, and daily operations
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Handle project reporting, planning, and communication with clients and consultants
• Monitor project costs and support material and equipment planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in steel structure or construction projects
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of steel structure erection and heavy lifting operations
• Experience with cladding and enclosure systems will be an advantage
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus
