About the Role
As a Marketing & Communications Executive, you will support the company’s marketing initiatives by managing digital platforms, marketing materials, and professional communication.
You will help create and publish content on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, maintain key marketing materials such as company profiles and presentations, and assist in campaigns aimed at generating business opportunities.
A key part of this role is ensuring that all external communication reflects a consistent and professional brand image. You will also track basic engagement metrics such as reach, interactions, and inquiries to understand how marketing activities are performing.
This role suits someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently, while still collaborating with different departments to support marketing and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and publish professional content on LinkedIn and other digital platforms
- Create and update marketing materials such as company profiles, capability statements, and presentations
- Support lead generation activities through digital marketing campaigns and online engagement
- Work closely with the Commercial Director to align marketing output with sales priorities
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all external communications
- Monitor and track basic marketing performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and inquiries
- Assist in preparing marketing content, announcements, and promotional materials
- Help maintain an organized library of marketing documents and digital content
Key Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media for B2B companies
- Previous experience in construction, interior fit-out, real estate, or professional services is required
- Strong ability to write clear and professional business content
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, digital campaigns, and content scheduling tools
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
