Job Description
We’re currently looking for a motivated and detail-focused AR Accountant to join our finance team.
If you have experience handling accounts receivable, collections, and bank reconciliations, and you enjoy keeping financial records accurate and organized, this could be a great opportunity for you to grow in a professional and well-structured environment.
About the Role
As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you’ll be responsible for managing customer accounts, tracking incoming payments, and making sure collections are handled smoothly and on time. Your work will play an important role in maintaining healthy cash flow and accurate financial reporting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling invoicing, billing, and collections on a daily basis
- Performing bank reconciliations and resolving any mismatches
- Keeping track of outstanding payments and following up with clients
- Maintaining accurate customer accounts and receivable records
- Preparing aging reports and collection updates
- Supporting month-end closing and finance reporting activities
- Assisting with audit preparation and documentation
- Coordinating with internal teams to fix billing or payment issues
- Using accounting or ERP systems to manage and track receivables
What We’re Looking For
- ACCA qualified or part-qualified
- Currently based in Riyadh
- Holding a valid and transferable Iqama
- Experience in accounts receivable, collections, and bank reconciliation
Skills That Will Help You Succeed
- Good understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial basics
- Comfortable working with MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, especially for client follow-ups
- Ability to manage time, stay organized, and meet deadline
