Job Description
We’re looking for a Planning Engineer who knows how to keep projects on track and running smoothly—especially in fast-paced oil & gas environments. If you come from a mechanical background and have worked on ARAMCO LSTK projects, this role will feel like a natural next step in your career.
In this position, you’ll be at the heart of project execution—building schedules, tracking progress, and making sure everything stays aligned with timelines and deliverables. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams, turning complex project data into clear, actionable plans.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll create and manage detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, keeping a close eye on progress at every stage. When delays or risks show up, you’ll spot them early and help the team adjust before they impact the project.
You’ll also prepare regular reports—progress updates, S-curves, and dashboards—so everyone involved has a clear picture of where things stand. Coordination will be a big part of your day, working with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to make sure plans match real site conditions.
What we’re looking for:
You should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a solid background as a Planning Engineer, ideally within oil & gas or EPC projects. Experience with ARAMCO LSTK projects is highly valued, as it means you already understand the standards and expectations.
We’re also looking for someone who is comfortable with planning tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, has a good handle on project control and scheduling, and can communicate clearly with different teams. If you’re someone who can stay calm under pressure and keep things organized even in complex projects, you’ll fit right in.
