Full-Time Architect Vacancy | Shop Drawings and Civil/MEP Coordination Expert
Job Description
We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled Architect with strong hands-on site experience and solid technical knowledge. If you’re someone who understands how drawings turn into real structures and enjoys being actively involved on-site, this role could be a great fit for you.
We’re especially interested in candidates who are confident in preparing shop drawings and coordinating closely with civil and electromechanical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
About the Role
As an Architect in our team, you won’t just be working behind a desk. You’ll be actively involved in both drawing preparation and site supervision. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that architectural plans are correctly executed on-site while coordinating seamlessly with structural and MEP teams.
You’ll play a key role in making sure every detail aligns properly — from architectural layouts to civil and electromechanical drawings — avoiding clashes and delays during construction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing accurate and detailed architectural shop drawings
- Coordinating architectural drawings with civil and MEP drawings
- Reviewing drawings and adjusting them based on site conditions
- Monitoring site progress to ensure work matches approved designs
- Working closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers
- Resolving technical issues that arise during construction
- Keeping documentation organized and updated
- Supporting project timelines by ensuring smooth coordination
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience as an Architect
- Strong experience in site supervision and construction coordination
- Confidence in preparing and reviewing shop drawings
- Good understanding of civil works and MEP systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is a plus)
- Practical knowledge of building materials and construction methods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
