Full-Time Architectural Engineer Needed | Exciting Projects in Jeddah
Job Description
We’re currently looking for a talented and reliable Architectural Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being involved in every stage of a project—starting from the initial idea all the way through to final execution on site.
If you’re someone who pays attention to detail, understands both design and construction, and can confidently manage drawings, site work, and cost planning, you’ll feel right at home in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this position, you’ll play an important role in making sure our projects run smoothly, stay within budget, and meet all required standards.
- Create architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for projects
- Work on both 2D and 3D designs using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and other rendering software
- Visit project sites to take measurements, assess conditions, and understand requirements
- Prepare BOQs, material quantities, and cost estimates based on drawings
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to keep everything aligned
- Make sure all designs follow local regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Assist with documentation, authority approvals, and project reports
- Review and update drawings as the project progresses
- Support site activities and ensure work is carried out as planned
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in design, site work, or construction projects
- Good knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and construction materials
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office, and 3D tools (Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, etc.)
- Experience in site inspections and working closely with project teams
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Valid transferable Iqama and a valid driving license
It’s a Plus If You Have
- Experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects
- Knowledge of interior fit-out works and finishing details
- Familiarity with local authority approvals and submission processes in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to create strong 3D visuals and client presentations
